Honestly it doesn't sound like he is trying to have another chance with you. It sounds like he is being friendly and honest with you.

 

If his girlfriend is the jealous type this probably would bother her, but he isn't persuing you, so I don't really see anything wrong with him saying those things to you. If his girl is jealous then that's between them.

I think that the guy is being honest. Situations like that are never black and white and there will always be some residual feelings but because they arent supposed to be there doesnt mean they wont be there. If his intention was to get back with this girl then it would be a problem if he was just stating the facts then I dont see a problem with it.
