ok so my friend informed me that there is a meteor shower tonight and i asked her joking ly if she wanted to watch it together, and she said yes, so if i can sneek out and the cloads r gone were going to be together under the meteors and it will be perfect just the 2 of us, but IDK IF I SHOULD KISS HER!!!

 

a lil history bout us is, she new i used ot liek her, and were pretty close friends, we share our emotions about others to eacchother and such, and ive joked around bout kissing her before, so what should i do.... say.... act?!

I think as long as you follow up with wanting a relationship with her rather than hanging around in the limbo of kissing and not quite in a relationship, then definitely go for it! But only if she shows interest and feel it out a little bit beforehand... like if she keeps leaning away with every inch you get closer than it's probably not a good idea.

But with what you said really it sounds fine, and I think you know enough it's probably a good opportunity.
