In the dumps

Last night I was invited to one of my girl/friends parties and I couldn't go. Now she was upset that I didn't go and I told her I wasn't allowed. It sounds lame but i was sick and it was at midnight and my parents didnt let me go.

 

But now i have a feeling she thinks less of me and probably won't want to hang out with me again. What should I do to repair what happened?because it was out of my control to be at that party...

She should respect your parents decison and understand that it was toatally out of your control. Just explain this to her, explain that you respect what the limits that your parents set for you and you would loved to take her to see a movie or something. Dont try to hard though just keep on being yourself.

Explain to her what happened. Tell her your parents wouldn't let you. A girlfriend should be someone who is understanding, and if she really cares for you she'll understand. Just talk to her about it!
