babypink61
I have these white bumps on the back of both upper arms. I think they're considered body acne because they kind of look like white heads. I noticed that some of my friends have the same thing too. Does anyone else have the same problem? How do I get rid of these? They are gross!! Link to comment
Jayar
Lots of people have this. It's got a large genetic component. I found that they went away completely when I exfoliated well (at least 30 seconds on each arm) and surprisingly, when I started tanning they became less noticeable as well. Link to comment
BellaDonna
That is very common. My husband has gotten that before. He uses an antibacterial/anti-acne body wash on the area and it seems to keep it at bay. If it really starts to bother you, you can see a dermotologist and they will prescribe you a cream that may help. BellaDonna Link to comment
Blured
Aparently its something to do with the hair folicles and a lack of essential fatty acids. Try eating more flax seeds and nuts, etc. It should clear up in around 2 weeks. Link to comment
