am I a man with no self confidence at all

I went to a retreat with a friend this weekend. We have been seeing each other for a few weeks and this was the first time we were together at a place amongst many other people. So far we have had no sex, not even a kiss. We decided to wait until we know each other better. At this retreat she was interacting with other people and I got extremely jealous whenever she talked to other men. She did not flirt, just normal conversation. I did not talk to anybody. Today I came to the conclusion that I don't have any real self confidence at. I appear self confident but on the inside there is nothing.

I think for a self confident man this would have not been a problem at. She can (and should) talk to whoever she chooses to. No big deal, right? Now I am wondering whether I should stop seeing her and get some kind of therapy to make me into a self confident man. What do you think?

Well do you really like her? Maybe you don't have to quit seeing her, and can still go to therapy to work out your insecurities?

Why? Keep seeing her if you like her! Just don't be all clingy or over-possessive while you still haven't gotten the help...
