tip 4 unwanted pregnancies

Recommended Posts

IIRC Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is water soluble so any excess is flushed away in urine. Fat-soluble vitamins have the ability to act as toxins at high doses.

As a method of birth control, this sounds worthless, but then I've never gotten pregnant.

Sorry but there is no scientific evidence to support this theory. You cannot rely on it for birth control and extremely high doses of vitamin C is rough on the kidneys.

If you want birth control you need to stick to the proven birth control methods.
