Artificiality in expressing is a real turn-off. When u really like somebody...just show that u like him and if u want to express it...express it naturally like some nice greeting card...etc... If he agrees....then CONGRATS and have a good time!!! if he does not...then he was not the one for u....there is a more special person coming ur way....i am abs sure So go ahead and make that move..... charmed Posted June 30, 2003 Share Posted June 30, 2003 Do you think he likes you? If so, then it is just a formality of asking him. If you are unsure, yes the only way is to ask straight out. I did so myself yesterday for the first time in years. Possibly not the correct way, but I asked. You need to know, or you will just put yourself through more and more worry. Don't hit him like a tonne of bricks with it though, he may be caught off guard. Break the concept gently to him, and show that you are asking because you care about him. Open up, if he opens, great, if he doesn't, now you know. Most of all, be confident and show him you've thought about it. Good luck, Al. Link to comment
