I think when you have sex most likely you have your clothes off and you are cold when your clothes are off. That's why your nipples might get hard. Does that make any sense? lol

nipples are clusters of nerve endings. They can get hard when you are cold OR arroused.... Same is true of men, btw.

 

The female version of the erection (as said by a previous poster) is the hardened clitoris. (excuse my spelling) It's actually made of the same tissues and groups of nerves as the penis and generally becomes arroused in the same way.

 

As an added bit of information... when embryos are forming they have both male and female sex organs, as the baby becomes either male or female, the characteristics adjust. A baby girl's penis never forms and becomes a clitoris, a baby boy's internals don't form and ovaries become testes. Interesting when you think about it that way.

and when a woman takes steroids, the clitoris can become quite large and resembles a little penis. They also get body hair and other male traits...we are a lot more similar than we think.
