First date car ride

So I have plans for my first date with this girl this weekend. We are both 16 and in high school. We’ve had classes together and kinda know eachother. I was wondering how I should go about talking on the car ride? We are driving about 15-20min to play mini golf. Should I just scrap the idea of taking her and ask her to meet me there? I feel like it’d be less romantic as I’d like to drive and grab fro yo afterwards. If I should drive her, should I just play music? Or what type of conversations should I initiate?
