Confused

There is this guy that I really like and he likes me back but neither of us are doing anything about it. We hang out all the time because we have a friendship group of the four of us, and the other two are dating so there is this pressure for us to start dating, however part of me is unsure on whether I actually want to date him or not.

Make other friends and stop a hanging out as a foursome or double date if you don't want to feel pressured. Does he treat you like a date, pay, pick you up call etc.? If not you need to expand your social circle and date other guys.
