Funny! My ex is planning on coming to the house to work on packing this weekend. I told him I had a date picking me up. Haha! He doesn't want to meet him? I know inviting him to my place seems like there's an unspoken expectation but I was meeting him at his place with the last date and he was very respectful and did not suggest anything forward so I am comfortable with him coming here.

Just got this feedback from another first date. I think I'm just cautious. I don't like to put myself out there if the feeling might not be mutual. Some of it might be my Midwest, protestant, Scandinavian upbringing. Don't show feelings. Keep it all in....
