It may not hurt you but it sure will hurt those you leave behind worse then you can imagine!

 

There is help to take away the pain such as therapy or medication for depression. You don't have to live in a constant state of darkness, there is light.

 

Hang in there and seek out help!

 

Come here to vent anytime, that helps as well.

I've been there,, many times. I know how 'low' you feel. it is awful

 

This is today... tomorrow is another day and you've come this far.. you're doing it.

 

As mentioned.. things like anti depressants and therapy might be something to look into, if you're not already.

Talking does help.

 

If you're up to it, care to explain what's happening... to possibly make you feel this way?
