You should be proud of yourself that you have remained this strong in what must be a horrible situation for you. I do hope you have gone to your Doctor to have some sexually transmitted infection tests? It's of vital importance that you take these tests if you haven't already. As for breaking no contact, you shouldn't do it, but it does happen, just focus on remaining in no contact and move on with your life. Also I suspect you feel guilty because you are a nice and genuine person but you also need to develop a bit of nasty streak, if someone does you a personal wrong, you need to be hard-nosed in dealing with them.
