Contrary to what many infomercials would have you believe, you can't target fat loss. What you can do is combine aerobic exercise such as running or cycling with weight training and proper nutrition. The most difficult part for most people is staying motivated, so it helps if you have somebody to work out with so you can motivate each other. Link to comment

Women have curves. Nothing nicer than a firm round butt. Just go to Brazil and you will know what I am saying. They hate flat small buts there. Link to comment
DragonGirl724 Posted March 4, 2005 Share Posted March 4, 2005 yea you def have to watch the fat intake in your diet but those lunges stretch & work the Glutes. so id suggest doing a few reps & sets of them a day...maybe twice a day. combined with an aerobic workout of any sort. aerobic exorcises are what makes you lose weight, you can lift weights til the end of days & still have fat on your body. weight lifting & stretching help tone the muscles, but what good is that if your beautifully toned muscles are hidden under a layer of fat... so run, bike, or swim a few miles. or even get an aerobic tape & you dont have to even leave your house. and do those lunges! -DG724 Link to comment
