meeting girl at school.......what are my "Do's and Dont

well in 2 DAYS i am going to meet this girl and i want advice on how to make sure i dont make a blunder. She thinks im a total sweetheart and my emails make her face go bright red (as she tells me), we've known each other about 3 months, and im going to her school at her lunch to meet her. what are my Do's and Dont's.. im not sure what i can do to IMPRESS her...i want to leave there with a very high chance and opportunity to open a first date (i will worry about in 3 days time assuming the above goes well)
