Interview! But...

I have a screening phone interview on Friday. I applied to a job at the same nonprofit just yesterday. The problem is they were calling to discuss a job I applied to three or four weeks ago. I had the link to the job description bookmarked in my browser, but it says it has expired now and says the same thing on the organization's web site. I've Googled the position they want to interview me for but only have a very vague description, nothing specific, as the search results were all from other companies. The phone interview is scheduled for Friday. Should I just kind of play it by ear? It seems kind of difficult to be too detailed about a posting I can no longer read.

 

Any other ideas?

 

And yes, I've learned I should start saving these thing to Word documents!

So you applied to two jobs at the same company and now you're not sure which one they are interviewing for?

try doing a websearch and looked for cached content. it might still be there!

No, I had lost the posting because I had it favorited in my browser but it expired.
