I used one from the 1st week after I knew my period was due they are really strong and pick up things almost straight away.

btw i didnt have sex im just worried that when a guy fingered me he may have had come on his hands, but i didnt touch him in tht area, but hey he cud have touched himself.

I think if you are that worried and it is only a couple of days after the event the morning after pill is called for. I think you can take it up until 42 hours after? im not a medical advisor so the best thing to do is ring a family planning centre, if you are in the UK we have Brook centres who can help organise this and are very friendly.

Hmm... I would think it's pretty unlikely you're pregnant as the environment from the outside of your body to your cervix is quite difficult for sperm to live in. However, anything is possible. I think your best bet is to talk to a doctor or a family planning specialist about the pregnancy tests. I've heard of "early detection" tests that can be used before you will even miss a period.

spaggle, I thought you would have felt better after your previous post about this, and all our replies..... but here goes.

 

you will only be able to detect a pregnancy around 2 weeks AFTER you period was DUE. That means you have to wait for your period, then if it does not come, another week or two, then only will you get a reliable result. Also you have to try and do the test with your first pee for the morning. Doing it later in the day might have inconclusive results.

You can't test until after implantation would occur, as that is when the pregnancy hormones start to build - implantation happens 8-12 days after ovulation/conception. However, generally the earliest pregnancy tests will only work a few days before period is expected, and they are more accurate when you DO miss your period. 2 days after is way way too soon, as not only might conception not have occurred (due to no ovulation) but even if it had, it takes the egg some time to travel down to the uterus and implant.

 

Besides, it is very very very unlikely you are pregnant as you are not even sure whether he had anything on his hands or not anyway. Why don't you ask him? I find it very unlikely he would of had sperm on his hands RIGHT before he played with you.

didnt you post this exact same thing like 2 days ago? anyways the chances of him having active sperm on his hands is unlikely. if you sat there and watched him wack off and he stuck his fingers in you afterwards than u might have to be worried. in your case there was no sperm its just your mind making you fear because its prolly bored heh. go outside play with some friends and enjoy life, you have nothing to worry about right now until your period is late or you know for a fact he had put sperm in you.

and about the preg. test, you can take it the day your period is due they pick things up pretty fast
