Wanted to share something that might help

My breakup was 2 months ago. I have been seeing a counselor, and one thing he suggested is changing things around throughout my house, especially the rooms where my ex spent the most time in. Fortunately, I live in 3 bedroom house, so I actually moved out of the master bedroom and moved my bed and stuff into one of the smaller bedrooms. It has helped tremendously! I am able to sleep through the night now. I also changed the furniture around in my living room, so it almost feels like a different place.

 

Just wanted to share that such a little thing might actually be a great help to others to help get past the pain.
