hi everyone... my ex (who is also my friend) has a new girlfriend (they just celebrated their 1st month anniversary) and i was wondering if anyone knew of any success stories of relationships working out even if one has a significant other? also... any advice on my friendship w/ my ex? and my working relationship with him? (we work together)... anything would be greatly appreciated

Well I believe strongly in the phrase "If you let them go and they come back then it was meant to be. If they don't come back it was their lost." My friend who wasn't my ex was in a relationship and once they broke up I was open and so was he. Don't try to make the relationship fail but stay open and be honest.

are you serious? what am i to do? what do you mean by "go after him"? any specific suggestions?

It helps if we know the "whole" story.. we don't know why you broke up or what happened and that can leave clues if there is to be a future..

 

working the same place as your ex = torture

 

being friends with your ex and he has a girlfriend and you don't have anyone

= torture..
