messedup85
Hi there, So I am trying to figure out a way to fix my pet food issue. Basically I have one cat who devours the food and the other seems to get seldom to no food (judging by the fact my cat feels lighter than usual). The "devourer" has gained weight so I am trying to limit the amount for her but I need to increase it for my other cat. Any ideas how I can fix this? My cats jump up everywhere so for him to have a higher eating area won't work. Link to comment
CSLX9
Maybe you could try: - Different times to feed. The cat that eats most gets food earliest or latest. - Different placements of the food/cats. So while one eats the other isn't near. - Maybe you could pepper the food with something light, for the one that doesn't eat much. To encourage. Link to comment
alli
Have two separate bowls far enough away from each other that the dominant one can't hog them both at the same time Link to comment
SapphireNoir10
What I do is cos two of my cats are piggies and the third never gets a look in, when they have their breakfast someone stands and keeps an eye on them, and when they have their dinner we do the same. Then we have dry bits down all day for them so they can all snack at different times. Link to comment
