A guy who works in my building and I have been crushing on each other for a few months and the crushing has recently turned to out and out flirting (touching, teasing)...

We have only ever seen each other at work.

 

I am currently out of town and have been for the passed few weeks, but had

to call my crush recently for work purposes. He then mentioned that when I get back we should go for coffee.

Is that like a by-the-way asking on a date question or am I reading too much

into this?
