Assuming you're enlisted in the U.S. military, you'd be in steeper trouble than if you were caught having heterosexual sex. Presumably you could be discharged for homosexual conduct. (Note--I don't want to make this thread a political debate about the merits of this military policy. Just stating the obvious). Link to comment

And I don't care if I get discharged for being gay I love this country as much as the next man just cause I'm gay doesn't mean i can't serve. But back on the subject the sex was great!
