Do you think is good sign that I don't know when was the last time I spoke to my ex lol we broke up 3 weeks ago but I am not counting when we stopped talking I made a thread on here when I broke no contact rule but I don't remember when. I would have to search it. I think it's better when you don't count

I don't count at all. I don't know how long I've been in NC. I know we broke up last week, but I've never kept track of the days.

Yeah I've stopped counting too. To find out how many days, I actually need to do the math to find it. It is fine and I am happy. Almost 3 weeks of NC for me too and I'm still going strong. Haven't had any urges to break it

Certainly does. I don't see the point of keeping track of time at all and counting the days, it's depressing.
