Birthday Dinner - Desert

Hey all,

 

G/f's Birthday is coming up soon. I'm taking her out to dinner after a surprise party.

 

She loves Mango and Dolphin (the fish And i'm looking for a desert i can make her. Anyone have any recomendations? I would greatly appreciate any advice / recipies (pics are nice too).

 

I know you proably cant get both those foods into the same desert and I dont think Dolphin would go well in many deserts so help me out here
