Why is he always harassing me?

I am currently frustrated with this guy.

I dont even know him. The only reason why i know him, is because clearly he has this obsession with me. I say this because, every time I do something, every time I say anything that does not directly involve him - he is there harassing me, picking on me, and finding any reason to bring me down.

 

I don't understand. What did I ever do wrong to him. Out of everyone I know, hes' the only person that's constantly picking on me.

 

I used to think it was flattery; "He must have a crush on me" But now I don't know.

Can someone hate another that much?

If he is being aggressive or just making you uncomfortable - start logging the incidents and call the cops, see what they can do - at the very least have a report officially on file.
