I know when my dog is sick, we boil a piece of chicken and make her chicken and rice. She'll still gobble all of it up. You can try putting the pill in chicken and rice. If your dog still won't take it, you can wrap it up in a little piece of lunch meat.

Try giving him a Pepcid tablet once or twice a day, your vet will know how much and how often to give it to him to help with the vomiting. It's given to cats all the time and I've heard from friends who have dogs that it helps their tummies, also. Sending good thoughts your way.

I put my dogs pills on the end of my finger tucked into a glob of peanut butter. No matter how groggy my dog was after surgery, she ate it and licked her chops.
