All the old myths that it will 'make you go blind' or 'put hair on your palms' are just rubbish stories created by religious wackos to try and scare kids out of masturbating. Even if you have a partner who can fulfill your sexual desires, it's still ok to do it as often as you want (as long as it doesn't interfere with the rest of your life). It's great alone time too.
