How do you comfort your Love one!

My girlfriend has been upset for the past 2 weeks, she's been thinking about quitting her job and we work together. she's been also looking for a job abroad. and thinking so many things. any tips on how to make her feel better.

In my experience woman don't become happy until they get what they want, i think the best thing you therefore can do is help her in finding a new job.

That is wrong. We want understanding and empathy, not necessarily a solution (though that is obviously a way out of the issue, lol). It's always my girlfriends who make me feel better when I'm upset, they say the right things.

Just be there for her when she wants to talk, complain, vent etc.

As well, sometimes offering a distraction, a pick me up.

Going out, taking her mind off of things.

Be supportive and encouraging when she needs it.
