ApathyKid666
There's 7 or 8 short, 4-8 line poems in here. These are listen from least favorite to most favorite, in my opinion anyways. A New Home - By ApathyKid666 They left him alone in the parking lot, he was just a boy He didn't want to be alone So he looked for a way back home He'll never forget; one day... The house had been vacant for years A note on the door: "It's over" The Final Destination - By ApathyKid666 He left the city as the spring rains began to fall He walked for miles and miles He'll never forget; on day... Another starry-eyed satellite fell to the ground While the aero-planes thundered over head And he closed his eyes And he knew he was home The Non-Existing Light - By ApathyKid666 The rain would follow him where ever he went And each day he would search for the sun But the days grew shorter He would climb to the top of the mountain While tornadoes would form over the island And he would walk amidst the lightning Hoping to find a way back home An Unforgetable Place - By ApathyKid666 He must have been there a thousand times before And each time it was the same; volume ten, song seven He would walk like a ghost through the atomic streets The cold autumn trees, and wet leaves below People would pass him by and not understand At night he would go far above the city And pray that God would send his angels The End Of Existence - By ApathyKid666 He slept for four and twenty thousand years When he opened his eyes, everything had changed Those he loved had long since departed And the aero-planes had gone from the skies As the sun went down, he stood on the tall tower And whispered to the twilight "Good-Bye" The Banishment To Darkness - By ApathyKid666 At the dawn of each day all the angels would sing to their maker, save one On the morning of the sixth day, he stole a beam of light from the sun But he could not contain it So as the light escaped his grasp, to the darkness he fled And he took with him one-third of all the host of heaven The Battle Of The Starts - By ApathyKid666 As the battle raged accross the stars Legions of the most powerful fallen angels assailed the gates of heaven They were met in force by the high guardians of that realm Where, overwhelmed by the light, they were brought to the edge of creation A separate Peace - By ApathyKid666 They told him the stratosphere was empty But often he would be found trailing the edge of space At night he would search the sky for an answer And one day he sailed until the worked fell away He cried for a while, until the feeling passed Then traveled on, to the edge of the infinite And wrote his name on the starts Hope you liked these! Let me know what you all think. Link to comment
abcd1234
I especially like 'The Battle of the Stars' Did you think up all of these yourself? You must be writing them a lot, keep it up and you could have a book someday! abcd1234 Link to comment
