JeckyllNHyde
Anyone tried it? I'm not overweight by any means but I want to tone up. I've gone. It's fun. That's for sure. Good aerobics activity. Good for toning up. Not so much for losing drastc weight (or even 10 lbs). Alot of fun butt shaking and winding moves. You may feel a bit silly at first but no one is really paying attention. You'll be so busy trying to get the moves right. Link to comment
paranoiac543
lol I thought it was some type of pill. Go for it! Link to comment
Rose21
I would stay away from those weight loss pills. I tried one a few summers ago, I just thought it'd supress my appetite a little and it was an all natural one. all it did was made me bloat like crazy and feel even fatter! Link to comment

Maroney555
Just to clear things up... Zumba is a work out activity....not a diet pill...I don't even think diet pills can tone you Link to comment

Mythical_Suicide
Most diet pills have constipation as a listed side affect. Most things have constipation listed as a side effect. Link to comment
Rose21
Oh... Luckily my b-control and lexapro don't. The lexapro actually, does QUITE the opposite. It seems when I eat something filling, or expec coffee I have to go poop right away! Not really a bad thing, since I had been having a problem with that before. since I've been on the lexapro I have yet to have that. Link to comment
Mythical_Suicide
I was being fairly sarcastic. Most things either cause constipation or diarrhea.. Never fails. Link to comment
