I really want to get back on track with my health. I want to be more aware of what I am doing with and for my body.

So each week I am going to write out my goals and than write out how well i am following them and try and figure out some kind of reward system for myself...

online accountability!!!

I have been eating really crappy so this week I want to focus on eating foods that will provide me with energy, help with my headaches and help me to mantain my weight.

 

This week:

No Coke

No Chips

No Pizza

No Dairy

No sweets

 

Daily Diet:

 

Breakfast: Boiled Egg on Wasa Bread & Shot of Fruit Juice Mix

 

Snack: Granola Bar

 

Lunch: Smoothie

 

Snack: Boiled Egg & Apple

 

Dinner: Cleanse Shake

 

I will drink lots of water and herbal tea. No more pop/coffee, no caffeine after 2 pm.

 

I can have a free meal on Saturday & a free meal on Sunday.

 

I will do Sun Salutations in the morning (8)

 

Go to the ocean to do my readings when it's not raining.

 

Do Turbo Jam atleast 3x/wk and Turbo Sculpt 2x/wk

 

Do relaxing yoga at night to help me sleep.

 

Breathe in compassion and love, breathe out judgment and hostility.

 

Go to bed by 11 pm & Get up by 6:30 am

I have followed my diet plan fairly well. I did have one coffee this morning and I think i am just going to have to put that in the plans!

 

I have reduced my calories and taken out most of my caffeine so I have a pretty serious headache right now. I am going to try and do a more intensive yoga for my exercise today and then I will try and do cardio tomorrow.

 

I am soo craving carbs right now, it's unbelievable. I would give anything for something salty and starchy lol!!!

 

I can make it tho...I might treat myself to some edamame after my shake...woot woot!

ok new week...new goals!

 

Morning-boiled egg & glass of juice

 

Snack-boiled egg & apple sauce

 

Lunch-smoothie

 

Snack-all bran bites

 

Dinner-alternate between chicken/salmon and halibut with frozen vegetables

 

 

I want to start drinking V8 Juice and More Water!!!

 

NO:

Coke

Chips

Pizza

Ice Cream

 

This week i just want to get my eating on track and start doing some yoga and journaling and once that is back on track I will start back to a regular cardio routine.
