What should make of this

My partner and I have moved interstate together to start a life together and

I noticed today that he has not redirected his mail to our new address but to his parents address.

 

I am sure he could come up with 100 excuses for this but it does not seem right and I feel upset about it. I will have total to him about it but I don't know what to say.

Just be straight up.

 

'Hey I noticed that you aren't getting mail here yet. Did you reroute it?"

 

That should be enough to open up the conversation. If he chooses to lie about that then you might consider that there's something weird about it.

Yeah, ask him what is up. Maybe he spaced out on the new address and gave them his parents address for now or something.
