I'm sixteen and I've never really had a girlfriend (well, once in the 4th grade, but that doesn't count). There's this girl at school that I really like, but I'm not sure if she likes me or not. Normally if they let you get close enough to them and talk to you as a friend, then they have some feelings for you. Either that or just come flat out and ask her on a date. Link to comment
