Okay, I get it... but I can't just ditch him...

I know I really shouldn't, but I do love him...

 

and I'd still have to see him every day at work, and with those feelings still

It is obvious you're not happy while in this relationship. Time heals everything, all you're going to get out of being with him is more and more heartache. You may love this guy, but he doesn't love you in return. You're cheating yourself out of what you deserve and that is to be loved and cared about the way you care about someone in return.

 

I know it isn't easy having to work with them, but you have to do something to better yourself.
