Don't use Bag Balm around the eyes. It is a great moisturizer, but it was designed to moisturize cow's udders from chapping (not kidding, that is what the 'bag' is about, a cow's udders are called bags) and i don't think you want lanolin in your eyes. it also has an antibacterial in it, so probably not good to get it in your eyes. But great for dry skin elsewhere. (I useed to have cattle, so i know).

 

Most wrinkling around the eyes at a young age is caused by sun damage and dryness. So use a good product designed for use around the eyes. here's one that's in every drug store and not too expensive:
