every time I looking in his eyes , I'll get stomach ache, and I don't even dare to talk to him, although I want to.

I understand that you're shy but if you really wanna get something out of this then you have to take some kind of step before someone else does. Email him, text him, they the easier form I know it's a bit of a chicken thing to do. But if I were you I would go for text. Cos you can start a minor conversation and you can tell a lot from the way a text is written, and it will naturally come out that you like him.
