How many miles can you run without stopping?

Right now, I'm training for a zombie obstacle course marathon race.

This is seriously the best idea ever. A few months ago I did a Mud treking race and was COVERED in mud from head-to-toe.

 

On my good days, I do about 2.5 miles. Need to get up to 3 miles for this one.

 

 

Marathons and running on a treadmill is so yesterday. if I'm gonna run long distance... better make it fun.

I hate running and it really does a number on your joints, even if you're young - so if I run it's trail running or on the grass at least....but I can do just over 6km so, about 4 miles?

It's too boring and bad for your hip and knee joints. Ride a bike instead. Way more fun and doesn't prematurely age your joints in the process. I ran for years and regret it.
