rabican yes i realised that what i did was out of order n not proffessional i admit all that to the boss n the vp i work at male dominated place fellow co workers calling me already not to justify what i did but themlaughing with the whole situation

i appreciate your suggestion maybe i do but in all fairness this incident wont happen and i reacted this way this fellow verbally abusing me since the day i started when everyone leaves he will start yelling and stuff i alreday address this issue to my superior and i wastold do not take this lightly and dont let him get away with it as of today yelling at meinfront of all customer while i was doing my job and and i was shaking and i lost it

idont have angerproblem at all i have work ethics this guy you have no idea shows up for work drunk, walk out from his shift , calls in sick all the time this guy has been working in this company for ten yrs not progressing and never be fulltime and me i justr started 6 months ago and tomorow i will be train to open n close the store nd be fulltime in 12 months hes going nuts on this

no actually company wants to get rid of him but our union protects him i dont know what to do mymanager n my fellow co workers are on my side

i lost it punched the crap out my useless male coworker i was sent home from this incident i dont know how this will affect my job since he called everyone about it v.p and everyone else i love my job he doesnt deserve this job

2 jobs can make you lose weight i dont even have time to sit down and eat and realise i only had 1 meal and coffee in between very bad i take bus everywhere that alone is a work out lol -
i was in your situation what i did was exactly what mrmister wrote so far my manager not much on my case anymore i used to be nervous wreck around him our difference is he will put me in the schedule only on his shift his reason was i cant work with others until i get perfect last week i was sent to work to a different branch for emergency and when i got back this week he was like another person he became nice and just different in a good way and gave me positive feedback good luck to you.
