  1. hey wolverine, i know exactly how you feel. i use to have a crush on a girl in high school but never had the nerve to approach her and trust me, i regret it to this day. it may be too late for me, but you can still do it! when i played football, our games were pretty rowdy so i don't know if that's the best place to really have a convo with someone. stick to the basics, figure out if she's in any classes with you. if so, strike up a conversation about that subject and arrange for both of you to study together and to keep in contact about work. you'll be able to learn more about her and figure out what she looks for in a guy. once you feel she's comfortable with you, ask her to go see a movie or something along those lines. that's all i can say. hope it helps.
  2. Hey, I've been thinking about this for awhile and have come up empty on what to do. It be great if you guys could give me some input. I work in the nightclub industry and meet a lot of girls. My boss definitely "plays the field" and always tells me to do the same. I'm not that type of guy and am just out to find a girlfriend as I have been single for awhile. Here's the thing, there's this girl I've seen at one of the clubs I work at and I really wanna talk to her. Thing is, she gets hit on by a ton of guys, all of whom I know just want a one night stand. I'm scared she'll see me the same way. How can I set myself apart when approaching her to make sure she knows I'm not a player? Any help would be great.
  3. Thanks for all the advice guys! Replying to someone's msg, I know most ppl. get confused when they find out that I haven't found anyone working in the bar/club scene. I know my boss, who frequently picks up women, has always "advocated" that I follow in his footsteps. While I have had chances for this, I really want a long-term relationship with someone who actually has a personality. Unfortunately, most of the women I meet at work care only about themselves. Another question, does anyone have a certain dating website that they would recommend? There's so many out there and I want to pick one that has a good rep with its customers. Thanx again.
  4. Hey, what's going on everyone? Was hoping someone could help me out with this. I work in the bar/club scene and haven't been able to find what I really want which is a good relationship with a good girl. I almost gave up on finding a well-rounded girl until a friend of mine suggested that I sign up for one of those online dating sites. My friend knew someone who had invested in one of them and he had heard good things about it from many ppl. Problem is, I've never done anything like this before! I was wondering if anyone here has had experience with sites like this and have any tips on how I should approach it. Does anyone know any sucess stories? Any input would be great. Peace.
