hey man dont sweat the small stuff but at the same time. try very hard to control your anger. i am too very very angry when i get angry. i am borderline pyscho when i get angry. the trick for us sensitive people is to control those situations. i think there are a few ways to approach this. first i think about "why" did i get this upset? is it really this small thing that made me so angry to cut through something? or is there a deeper issue in my life. if it is just your sensitive and easily lead by emotion then i see part of your solution to a better you is to being in better control. also you might see a certain type of situation that puts in you in this "raged" mood. stear clear of those situations until you feel you have yourself under better control. my friend i can understand you upset you damage someone elses property. but remember property is a material thing, its not eternal. you on the other hand were crafted from stardust and have the breathe of life from our creator. please i tell you as a brother...DO NOT STRESS OVER THE SMALL ISSUES... i see something. you found love with this girl. now you might loose it and it hurting you badly inside? well here is a trick. learn to love others more then just your girlfriend. i know because i feel until i yhad my first girlfriend at 18 yrs i dint know "love" . it hurt so bad when we broke up i was in agony. here i was , i found this thing i been waiting for probably since he gave me breath, then wow its going to be taken away from me? love was so right, all i seemed to want. knowing she was there for me, and i was for her. well now i am older and more wiser. if i can only learn to love strangers, friends, parents, etc. see the deep love we have with girlfriend can be with everyone, its meant to be very deep caring for all yes they will upset me at times, but i will learn to forgive them as i need them to forgive me. if you loose this girl my friend, it will hurt yes. but why should we be negativ about it all? if it girl i love ...then i fight for her. and i be wise and know when to fight and when to lay low. if her mom doenst want you to be togther then you can try to win her over. be kind to her, open your heart to her. its very hard to resis kindness. if she still not want u with her daughter then try to respect her wishes. no matter what man. always try to take care of girl first, make sure she ok. make sure she knows you care about her, and want to be her friend. cya , jason hit me up on aim if u need more advice AIM = jasonelzic

THIS IS FROM A POST TODAY TO HELP ANOTHER YOUNG MAN WHO WANTED SOME HELP WITH THE "SUICIDE" THOUGHTS also some new wisdom just came to me about it all. WE MUST remember ALL SORTS OF THOUGHTS CAN COME TO US. we need to not get hysterical or anything no matter what the thought. JUST LET BAD THOUGHT COME AND GO. say in your mind " i dont want this thought" some thoughts we wont know weather we want the thought of not. a wise man instead of always waiting for thoughts to come, he plants thoughts of his own in his mind. so they can grew and his mind is beautiful with all kinda of beauty, and wisdom. use your mind . if says in the bible to "think about all that is beautiful" ==============here is the post for other young man. peace ok so im gonna try to help. and i will go through your letter peace by piece my friend. well first off. you say you were "bothering" your mom. maybe you just need more attention? you are still a young man trying to learn and prepare for full on man hood. when i have children i dont ever want them to feel they are bothering me. now on the other end dood i'm sure your mom has got alot on her mind also, she might have some problems she is trying to figure out too. soo you must be her "friend" too. we all need healing...and many times we shall be healed if we are helping to "heal" others. sometimes the way to heal someone is to see a fault they have, and to not get upset with them. treat them like u would a baby. if a baby spills something, you dont really get all that upset. we give them more space to be right and wrong. now if someone has a problem you must acknowledge it some way. you dont need to always tell someone about there problem, but u must realise they need help too. i mean how can we help each other if we dont realise where we need to push and where we need to pull, and where we need to be left alone. ok now that i established i am here to talk. on with you my friend. lool so you goto your room for punishment and while you are there you think of suicide. I too have pondered suicide at times. I start thinking "no one cares about me" ...the same as you do you know how many people really care about you? i imagine everyone who knows you, or who you allow to know you. your beautiful man, God made you of star dust. he smiles when he sees you. you still a young man my friend, there is soo much to learn and so much to see. things beyond our mind. i promise you "nosoul" if you pray to the one who made us he will answer you. sometimes we are made to wait so we learn patience. and how to "trust" .
