Biffy
Maybe dressing up in a little bear costume or something and saying something like "I weally wike woo" (I really like you) Forget cute... Just tell her outright you like her (as confidently as you can) and ask her out somewhere. Good luck. Link to comment

grymoire
Telling a girl that you like her is a bad idea. You have to show a girl that you like her! Show that you like her by giving her attention, compliments, and flirt with her. If she responds positively ask her out on a date. When everything goes well and when you guys are in a good relationship you can tell her that you like her. Link to comment
triv
If you're not dating her, don't do it! Results of telling her outright could be disasterous. Link to comment

You're job is not to suck up to her or flatter her but to tease, joke, and flirt with her. You don't tell a girl, "Well gosh, I just like you so much!" but instead ask her out on a date... for a cup of coffee, lunch, dinner, a walk in the park, to the zoo, a picnic, miniature golfing, etc. You pick the date and time and then ask her to join you.
