When i went on holiday a few weeks ago to spain i meet this english girl called gemma who had moved there resontly. We hung around together the full 2 weeks i was there on the second till last day we kissed and she asked me out. Now im back in england oviously and shes still there we chat over msn and stuff but my mate keep telling me to end it and long distance relationships never work.

 

what should i do? i mean i dont want to break up with her coz i think im falling in love with her but theres a big chance we cant meet until she comes back here (if ever) Need some confoting advice please lol!

First of all dont let your friends tell you who to love. Long distance relationships can work.

 

If you love her why end it now? I believe that love can cross any distance if both hearts want it. How does she feel about you?

As southerngirl so rightly stated: dont be influenced by your friends.

 

If you're both committed and enthusiastic about keeping the relationship alive, I dont see there should be any problems big enough to make you end it.

 

Nevertheless, there will be inevitable niggles. Such as the frustration of not being able to see each other. But use it to your advantage! Plan out the day you meet again - make it memorable and amazing...look forward to it!
