Advice and ideas?

Hi a few months ago a place I use regular there was girl I didn't know but knew her from using the place where she worked, I didn't know what to say, get talking to her, ask her out, e.t.c, anyway she left to go to uni, I was told to leave it and not bother asking her out because she was going to uni and it wasn't fair to ask her out before she was going to uni, anyway, she left and I thought i'd lost my chance and i'd probably never see her again, anyway a few weeks ago I went to the place and she was back, I heard she was back just helping out whether this ment helping out during the summer while she is back home i'm not sure anyway i'll find out if she's back later this week, if she is what do I do? Should I leave it like I was told before she left for uni or should I do something about it? Or even if shes not there later this week and has finished again what should I say/do if/when she comes back to work again?

 

I have never had a gf, and am very shy and lack confidence this is my main problem. Help me! lol
