when will this stop?

I got the contraception injection for the first time. It lasts for 12 weeks and during them 12 weeks I had light bleeding every single day. There wasn't that much, but enough to have no choice but to use a tampon or sanitry towls.

The twelve weeks ended on Tuesday but the bleeding has continued still to this day. When will it stop?
