The Girl Next Door!

Theres this really great girl just moved in next door to me and of course I fancy her like mad.

So far when we see each other all we do is smile from a distance, I'm having trouble getting the courage to actually go up to her, so...any tips on what i can do or say when i do finally get talkin to her would be helpful, what kind of conversation starter would be best and should i ask her out there and then or maybe leave it a while, ANY advice would be useful.

I going to assume that you two are about the same age, but if I'm wrong, please correct me. If she's completely new to the area, you could offer to show her around, give her a tour. If her family isn't completely moved in yet, you could just offer to help set up furniture or something like that. Depending on your/her age, ask her about school or her job, a pet, anything like that.
