blueangel Posted April 13, 2006 Share Posted April 13, 2006 Softly calling, it floats away I forgot what to chase when I woke up today The skies are blue, the earth is cold The wind is strong and I am older (lol) too! People are coming back to me now I see that it's okay I have hope in me and I hope it will stay I won't be afraid Things they pass- then I'm all alone The sun soaks in all that I know When I walk in the woods And think to myself It's all around me But never outloud Did you really ever see me?- that's what I want to know You started to get to know me Then your true sides- they showed All of them I could not grasp No true friends to forever last Silly and artsy like me, it's true But there is so much with them I cannot do Deep talks, commitment, maturity and confidence These are my greatest attributes but no one to share them with We have this instict that we need love We have this feeling someone's up above For I never just see sky up there I see a person everywhere alive up there Working through everything- a soft shine behind The shadow But it's never been so direct Because I've asked for miracles But miracles aren't meant just to help the sick They aren't even really ever that quick To happen Here's why: They have a story to tell Of how our God breaks through ...this hell that it is sometime Into this life- it's his story We're all one soul- we are all soaring Throughout each human too The basics building blocks of life are shared by everything, did you know? As scientist sees the moon rocks are like the trees and the trees like you and me It's proven and shown Did you know? Life experiences itself through life Or so I've been told that's what it must do Life is God and God is life What you are looking for is already inside You just have to decide To try To get up and never die You see, life is set up this way- For us to think of what to do So that we must eventually wonder What is true Those are the facts despite why it is I believe it is really that we do just live And die But for a purpose still there is You'll find I promise if you try, try, and try It takes time to notice the changes In your life when you make some rearranges See the things that already are If not- You won't get more, you won't go far We will never feel like we belong here And the truth is, we don't It's better to accept that Live above or live you don't Not really... Influence not impress Reach out as your best Self Be confident in all you are Be for them a floating star Experiment- express As I am doing now You will find that you can't miss When you're doing it now Using it now All that you have Should life be scary, should it be sad It doesnt need to be if we all gave a hand Share all things and love this life Love is the only thing that gets anything right.
