Doesn't want children?

Well, I don't want children and could not have a long term future with anyone that did. I am late 30s and am not going to change my mind now. I think it is VERY important that you are on the same page when it comes to kids. It cannot work long term otherwise. One person will end up resenting the other. I made my decision years ago.

 

I currently know someone who does not want children EVER and the person they are with has says they don't either (to him), just to keep him. She told me not long ago that she wanted kids and that I was crazy to think about getting my tubes tied! Now, not being honest about something as life changing as children will just harm everyone in the end.

 

Don't expect someone to change just because you want something. And I would NEVER want to have kids (if I wanted them) with a person who was just 'doing it for me'.

I certainly don't want children any time soon. I do at some point but not until I'm in a secure relationship, married, have a solid job and I'm in my 30's at lest
