shes always nervous

Well first, did you ask her why? Sounds dumb but I would like to hear what she says the reason is...

And if its just nervous energy, she may be worried of what will happen next, you can assure her you will not go beyond her boundaries (again don't know the details here) you can sometimes calm people with talking, soft touch and reassurance..

Hello, I agree. Ask her but in the nicest way why she feels so nervous. I am a naturally nervous person and when with my bf I worry that he is having a good time, that i am not too boring that I look ok which is daft because if i didn't he would not be with me, but maybe she feels a little bit the same. If so, she just needs a little bit more reassurance and verbal reassurance too!
