Attracted to a guy

Okay. So there is this guy I work with and i like him A LOT and might even almost love him. There is a 3 year age gap between us (he's older).I like him for his personality and his looks are good too. He is the first I felt this way about. I am too scared to tell him because I really don't want to get hurt and I think he likes someone else. What should I do? Any ideas of how to tell him?

If you're 15 and his 3 years older, than it would be illegal. I think you should move on. I wouldn't bother with 15 year olds if I was 18 anyway.

well first off you are not 18 so how would you know? guys don't usually date girls thier own age because girls mature faster than guys. and he's still 17. he didn't turn 18 yet
