You obviously like certain aspects of her correct? If you want to be romantic just mention these things. Start with her best feature first, (but not the breasts unless you're both comfortable with that kinda thing) and point out how it always really catches your eye. If it's her eyes stare deeply into them thinking about your love for her, and mention you can she her love when she looks at you. If it's any other facial feature gentle caress it when you speak. Hair too. Caress her hair. Don't mention how great her butt looks in her pants unless there is a mirror where she can check for herself.
